1. Main terms.

These privacy rules (later – ‘rules’) governed main principles and orders, leading them seller (later – ‘seller’) manages customers’ (later – ‘yours’) personal data in the online shop (later – ‘e-shop’). Management of your personal data is established by these rules, legal security of personal data in Republic of Lithuania law and other law acts that governed collection this kind of data.

2. Rules of registration submission.
   1. In the registration form you have to provide all and correct information about yourself. If you provided wrong information, seller can cancel your order. Seller acknowledges and respects every customers’ that visited e-shop right to privacy. Seller collects and uses personal data (name, surname, address, mobile number, e-mail address and other registration information) to:

• Process your purchase or service orders
• Solve problems related to purchase submission or delivery

Personal data is managed using safe tools that protects data from illegal destruction, disclosure or other illegal actions.

1. Data that is related to your purchased goods, but not with your personal information, seller can use it to statistical data. This kind of picking statistical data cannot directly or indirectly determine your identity. Seller keeps his right to sell statistical data to third states.

3. Selling personal data to third states.

Seller has his right to sell information to third states only to reach 2^nd paragraphs’ 2^nd part purpose. Seller does not give away your personal data to third states without your permission except when Republic of Lithuania laws allow it.

4. Information or presentation transmission.

All notifications that are related to management of personal data, are submitted by e-mail info@dragonflybaltic.lt or mail. Seller will submit reply in the same form as got information or presentation.

5. Management of personal data.

You agree that all information you gave in the registration form will be managed relying on these rules.

6. Change of policy.

Seller has right to change Privacy policy and report about it at the e-shop. If you continue to use e-shop after change of Privacy policy, seller thinks that you agree with this change.

7. Cookies policy.

8. Finishing provisions.

Right of Republic of Lithuania allows this Privacy policy. All disagreements because of this policy execution are being resolved by negotiations. If agreement is not possible, all disagreements are resolved by laws of Republic of Lithuania.
