Terms and conditions

Thank you for showing your interest in www.dragonflybaltic.lt e-shop. We hope that you will easily find goods you like.

Buying terms:

  1. Choose from catalog goods you like and put them to the cart by pressing ‘add to cart’.
  2. In the column ‘Cart’ you will see your chosen goods. In this column you can edit your order, change quantity of goods or apply discount – promo code. In the column ‘Cart’ you can choose between ‘Continue shopping’ or ‘Checkout’.
  3. While doing a checkout you can choose order details. If you are already registered member of www.dragonflybaltic.com e-shop, you must enter login data. Signing in you must fulfill necessary columns (with a star on it). While doing a checkout you must submit correct contact information.
  4. Choose a delivery way: delivery by courier, self-service parcel terminal “DPD” or purchase withdraw in Marijampolė. More info about delivery conditions – in “Delivery” page.
  5. Choose payment method: in cash, paysera (online banking) or bank payment. You must agree with buying terms, privacy policy and press ‘Continue’.
  6. After fulfilling all information press ‘Confirm order’.
  7. Products’ delivery will take longer than 4 workdays if we don’t have it in stock. They are transporting to customer by individual order from manufacturer.

 

Purchase returning

  1. Poor quality or wrong size purchases are replaced to quality and right size ones. Delivery costs that were received when customer was returning purchase to seller are not compensated. Purchase can be replaced or returned within 14 days from delivery date.
  2. If there will be found that customer damaged product, so product will be returned to customer only if he agrees to pay delivery costs (if customer does not want to take back his purchase at the office) and purchase quality rating costs if there were some.
  3. Purchased wrong size product customer ensures:
  • Returned product will be in original and neat packing (this is not necessary if product is poor quality);
  • Product will not be damaged by customer;
  • Product will not be lost its marketable look (undamaged tags, protective skin is not ripped off) (this is not necessary if product is poor quality);
  • Returned product will be the same as received.
